To make an appointment with your family doctor, you can either come in person or call the clinic at 450-419-8811, select option 1 and follow the instructions.
Although we strive to offer you an appointment as quickly as possible, waiting times vary for each doctor and depend on the availability of their respective schedules.
When you visit the Fontainebleau Medical Center, please make sure you have your health insurance card with you. If you do not have a valid card, you will have to pay for your consultation and be refunded afterwards. No exceptions to this rule will be allowed.
