Getting an appointment at the walk-in clinic
1- If your family doctor is at Centre Médical Fontainebleau and you want to get an appointment as quickly as possible, before you use the Bonjour Santé service contact Centre Médical’s secretary at 450-419-8811 ext. 1 and follow the instructions or go in-person to the welcome desk to check if we can see you in advanced access within 24 to 48 hours.
2 – If your family doctor is not at our Centre Médical, you must first try to book an appointment with his or her secretary before using our emergency service.
3 – If you do not have a family doctor, you must call us at 9.00 p.m. for an appointment the next day or at 3 p.m. to see if there are still places available in the evening.
